Body Fit Training Company is seeking a high energy Club Manager to lead our Emerton team and drive rapid growth through exceptional member experiences, sales leadership and community engagement.

You'll meet and greet members, oversee daily operations, hit KPIs and motivate the team, while promoting the BodyFit brand and maintaining a top-notch club environment. Experience in fitness management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Results driven and problem solver with high energy
• Well presented, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Passionate about health and fitness with strong customer service
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, great with people
• Highly organised with attention to detail and strong administrative skills
• Experience in a management or sales role within the fitness industry is preferred
