Plus Fitness Lisarow is seeking a proactive Club Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive membership growth and deliver KPI-driven results across the club.

You will recruit, coach and retain a high-performing team, manage budgets, promotions and social media activity, while ensuring WHS/OHS compliance.

This hands-on role offers ownership over club performance, support from ownership, a competitive salary package, incentives and complimentary gym membership within a national network.

Qualifications

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness required.
• Proven fitness club management or leadership experience.
• Strong sales and customer service experience.
• Experience leading and coaching a team.
• Solid understanding of targets and KPI management.
• WHS/OHS knowledge including AED compliance.
• Budget management, contracts and invoicing experience.
• Experience with social media, local promotions and community marketing.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and accountability for club performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop staff and manage rosters and KPIs.
• Drive new memberships, lead generation, follow-ups and conversions.
• Oversee daily operations, club presentation and compliance.
• Recruit and onboard qualified personal trainers and manage PT agreements.
• Deliver marketing, events and community engagement KPI.
• Manage club budgets, supplier relations and invoicing.
• Monitor performance and report to ownership.
