Job summary

Body Fit Training Company is seeking a high energy Club Manager to lead our Emerton team and drive rapid growth through exceptional member experiences, sales leadership and community engagement.

You'll meet and greet members, oversee daily operations, hit KPIs and motivate the team, while promoting the BodyFit brand and maintaining a top-notch club environment. Experience in fitness management is preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, great with people

We are searching for a high energy, enthusiastic, talented, multi-tasking sales and customer service focused Club Manager to lead our Emerton team and continue it's accelerated growth.

Your talent will shine, driving membership sales, club culture and personal training, whilst enhancing the community atmosphere and engaging culture that already exists within this club!

As the Club Manager you'll be required to:

To succeed in the role you will need to be:

• Great with people and have exceptional customer service skills;
• Highly organised and have a high level of attention to detail;
• Excellent with computer related and administrative tasks;
• Professional in your approach to work and the ability to be self driven;
• Experienced in a management and/or sales role within the fitness industry (preferred but not essential).
