Job summary

Electra Lifts is seeking dedicated Service Technicians to join our Mascot-based team, ensuring safe and reliable operation of customers' lift assets across Sydney.

You'll perform routine service and maintenance, respond to lift breakdowns, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams while completing accurate service reports and forms. Experience in the lift industry is preferred, with a valid Australian driver’s license and electrical trade certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine service and maintenance in accordance with procedures and safety standards.
• Attend lift breakdowns promptly and perform necessary repairs.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to uphold service quality.
• Complete service reports, Job Hazard Forms, and track service activities.
• Identify upgrade opportunities that may attract incentive payments for technicians.
