Qualifications

• Current NSW electrical licence and a valid driver’s licence are required.
• Strong fault-finding, mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting mindset.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to maintain and repair lifts and escalators.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
• Respond to customer breakdown calls.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
• Develop expertise in control systems and automation technologies.
• Build strong customer relationships with building owners and managers.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to the highest quality standards.
