Job summary

Otis Elevator Company Pty Ltd is seeking Service Technicians based in Sydney CBD. The role involves working with Field Engineers, Service Mechanics, and other coordinators to service and repair lifts and escalators.

You will perform upgrades and repairs to lift equipment following relevant codes and safety standards. The position reports to Service Managers and requires a proactive, safety-first mindset and strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Electrical and/or mechanical qualifications are essential.
• Experience in the lift industry is preferred (2–5 years).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Performs service and maintenance per procedures and manuals.
• Stand by for after-call-back coverage as needed.
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide electrical and mechanical training to apprentices/subcontractors.
