Job summary

Cooinda Search is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers across multiple multimillion-dollar projects in Adelaide. You will manage budgets, procurement, subcontractors and documentation, ensuring visibility of costs, forecasts and delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting delivery of projects in a coordination or contracts capacity.
• Good commercial understanding, including budgets, forecasting, costs, variations and invoicing.
• Experience coordinating procurement, subcontractors and project requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
• Confidence working with project documentation, reporting and internal systems.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach and follow-up to keep actions moving.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining project budgets, forecasts, cost-to-complete and financial reporting.
• Monitoring project costs, commitments and expenditure against budget.
• Supporting variations, claims, invoicing and commercial documentation.
• Coordinating procurement, subcontractors and project requirements.
• Supporting Project Managers with project planning, schedules and customer commitments.
• Maintaining accurate project records, documentation and reporting.
• Tracking project risks, actions and outstanding requirements.
• Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors and customers.
• Ensuring project information is accurately maintained across internal systems.
