Job summary

Australis Security is seeking experienced Electronic Security Field Technicians to join our Port Melbourne team. The role involves onsite servicing and installation of Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, and other IT-based security systems, with a focus on fault-finding, documentation, and customer support.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, teamwork, and multi-tasking skills, and be able to work on a roster including on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and strong fault-finding abilities.
• Ability to work well in teams and adapt to changing schedules.
• Experience with security technology installations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out onsite servicing and installation of Access Control, CCTV, Intercom and other IT based Security Systems.
• Ensure service and maintenance jobs are completed on time and to high quality standards.
• Carry out cabling works and document as required.
• Provide client with phone support and remote programming/fault investigation.
