Job summary
The Star Gold Coast is seeking an Electronic Gaming Host to ensure the smooth operation of our Gaming Machine area and to deliver a world class guest experience across the venue.
You will help resolve minor machine faults, perform payouts of jackpots and assist guests with enquiries, all while supporting a 24/7 roster. Eligibility to obtain a Casino Employee license is required.

Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and meet guests' needs.
- Flexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Eligible to obtain a Casino Employee license (background checks required).
