Job summary

The Star Gold Coast is hiring an Electronic Gaming Host to oversee the Gaming Machine area and ensure a world‑class guest experience. You will help resolve minor machine faults, pay jackpots, and assist guests with enquiries in a fast-paced casino setting.

The role supports exceptional service across dining and entertainment venues within a premier destination on the Gold Coast, with competitive hourly rates and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and meet guests' needs.
• Flexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays following training.
• Eligible to obtain a Casino Employee license (which includes thorough background checks).

You will help to resolve minor machine faults, perform pay outs of jackpots and assist guests with their enquiries.
