The Star Gold Coast is hiring an Electronic Gaming Host to oversee the Gaming Machine area and ensure a world‑class guest experience. You will help resolve minor machine faults, pay jackpots, and assist guests with enquiries in a fast-paced casino setting.
The role supports exceptional service across dining and entertainment venues within a premier destination on the Gold Coast, with competitive hourly rates and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and meet guests' needs.
- Flexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays following training.
- Eligible to obtain a Casino Employee license (which includes thorough background checks).

- Oversee the smooth operation of the Gaming Machine area.
- Resolve minor machine faults and process payouts of jackpots.
