Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems is seeking a technically skilled professional to conduct fault-finding to component level and perform repairs on electronic and electro-mechanical equipment in a fast-paced environment.

You will support software-based upgrades, install firmware, and ensure devices within the network are operational. Knowledge of ITSM and diagnostic tools is essential, with strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of ITSM systems and their workflows.
• Ability to read electrical/electronic/mechanical schematics for fault isolation.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing electromechanical equipment to component level.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic and electro-mechanical equipment to component level.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate repairs.
• Install and verify software/firmware on testing equipment and devices per SRN.
• Read schematics to determine repair methods and assembly techniques.
• Maintain accurate daily records in CMMS and report issues promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance and refurbishment of major modules.
• Identify hazards and non-conformances and report them per policy.
