Job summary

Brix Projects is recruiting on behalf of a Tier-1 electrical contractor to appoint an Electrical Project Manager in Sydney. You will oversee electrical projects from planning through delivery, coordinating clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure safety, timeliness and budget alignment.

We’re seeking an ASP1-accredited electrical professional with HV/MV/LV experience, strong communications and stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach to project delivery across multiple sites

Qualifications

• Current NSW ASP1 accreditation is essential.
• Strong electrical background with HV/MV/LV experience is preferred.
• Experience managing electrical projects from planning to completion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from planning through to completion.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage budgets, schedules and delivery.
• Engage clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Support procurement, estimating and planning.
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance requirements are met.
• Attend site and resolve project issues as they arise.

Electrical Project Manager - ASP1

Brix Projects is recruiting on behalf of a Tier-1 electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across Sydney.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced electrical professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects from start to finish and wants to join a growing, supportive team.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing electrical projects across the full project lifecycle, working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

You’ll be involved in:

• Managing electrical projects from planning through to completion

• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers

• Managing project budgets, schedules and delivery

• Client and stakeholder management

• Reviewing drawings, specifications and project requirements

• Supporting procurement, estimating and project planning

• Ensuring quality, safety and compliance requirements are met

• Attending site and resolving project issues as they arise

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Current NSW ASP1 accreditation - essential*

• Strong electrical background, ideally with HV/MV/LV experience

• Previous experience managing electrical projects

• Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure and distribution

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

• Strong commercial and organisational skills

• A practical, hands-on approach to project delivery

Experience with Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, Essential Energy, contestable works, distribution networks or electrical infrastructure will be highly regarded.
