Wilken Service Pty Ltd, based in Caringbah, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical and civil infrastructure projects across Sydney, including private MV and HV works. Project Manager – Electrical & Civil Infrastructure | MV & HV

Wilken Service Pty Ltd is based in Caringbah, with projects across Sydney.

Lead varied electrical infrastructure projects with an established contractor delivering works across Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy networks, alongside private medium and high voltage projects.

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager who can lead teams, build strong client relationships and keep projects moving safely, on time and within budget.

About the role

You’ll manage projects from planning through to completion, coordinating civil and electrical works, internal crews, subcontractors, suppliers and network authorities.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of project delivery and use your technical knowledge, leadership and commercial skills across a varied portfolio of Sydney projects.

What you’ll be doing

Managing electrical and civil infrastructure projects, including private MV and HV works

Developing and managing project programs, budgets, schedules and resources

Coordinating crews, subcontractors and suppliers to meet project milestones

Liaising with clients, Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and internal teams

Interpreting construction drawings, specifications and project requirements

Maintaining compliance with WHS requirements, network standards and quality expectations

Identifying risks early and resolving site, scheduling and delivery issues

Managing variations, monitoring costs and providing accurate project reporting

Building strong working relationships and keeping stakeholders informed

What you’ll bring

Proven project management experience in electrical and civil infrastructure, including private MV and HV works

Strong working knowledge of Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy requirements

Confidence reading and interpreting plans, drawings and specifications

Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities

Clear communication and practical leadership skills

Sound judgement and a proactive approach to solving problems

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Project.

Experience using project management systems and reporting tools - Simpro, Procore, Hammertech etc

Highly regarded

An electrical or civil trade background

Experience managing multiple projects at the same time

Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience
