Job summary

Ventia is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our Projects team, delivering electrical upgrades and installation works across BHP operations in Western Australia. The role features a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth with flights, accommodation and meals provided, and ongoing work across multiple sites.

You will perform switchboard, MCC and VSD/VFD installations, cable termination, substation works and conveyor projects while maintaining safety and quality across diverse mining and port

Qualifications

• Current Australian Electrical Licence
• Current Driver's Licence
• Trade qualification as an Electrician
• Experience within industrial, mining or heavy industry environments
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Switchboard and MCC installations

• Cable installation, glanding and termination
• Substation electrical works
• Conveyor and transfer station infrastructure projects
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
• Maintaining high safety and quality standards

• This role offers a variety of project-based work, providing exposure to different sites, teams and infrastructure projects across the Pilbara.

About the Role

As an Electrician, you'll deliver electrical installation and upgrade works across a variety of project environments, supporting critical infrastructure throughout BHP operations.

Responsibilities include:

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
