Candidates should have 5+ years in switchboard assembly/manufacturing, control wiring and bus-bar forming, and be able to read Electrical CAD drawings with attention to detail. Trade qualifications and a driving licence help; CPR/LVR an advantage.

Electrical Switchboard workshop Manufacturing Assembler

UE Switchboards is a leading electrical engineering firm, specializing in electrical switchboard manufacturing/assembly since 1961. UE Switchboards is based in Enoggera, Brisbane.

We require an Electrical Trades person and or an Electrical TA. This position offers a casual position with the view to a permanent position. Hourly rate is for a casual position for Electrical Trades person. The successful applicant will require the following document's, Trade Qualifications, drivers license, blue/white card an advantage, & a CPR/LVR certificate. If you wish to apply as an Electrical Trades person or Electrical TA who would like to work with a highly specialized team, this vacancy may be of interest to you. Candidates with the following experience and qualifications will be considered for this vacancy. At least 5 years experience with switchboard assembly/manufacturing, control wiring, bus-bar forming, reading and understanding Electrical CAD circuits/drawings with attention to detail. Neat, tidy, accurate work is required and have the ability to work as part of a team. The successful applicant will be performing these duties in a workshop environment. Experienced only people would be accepted. Support & training will be offered. The successful applicant will be expected to be self motivated and have a strong work ethic. Wages Negotiable.
