Accurate Recruitment Pty Ltd is recruiting for Electrical Switchboard Assemblers to join a Heathwood manufacturing team. The role involves assembling switchboards and control panels, wiring harnesses, and interpreting wiring diagrams to match drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Switchboard assembly in a manufacturing or workshop environment.
• Experience assembling wiring harnesses, components and panels.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and GA drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical wiring harnesses in switchboard assemblies.
• Build electrical component panels and terminate cabling to drawings.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics to spec.
• Maintain high safety standards and tidy workmanship.
• Support continuous improvement within the workshop.
