Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead site teams across diverse commercial and industrial projects in Sydney. You will coordinate electricians, apprentices and subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to client expectations.

You will mentor team members, support planning and scheduling, and collaborate with project managers to meet objectives while maintaining high quality and WHS standards.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Electrical Supervisor Licence required.
• Current Electrical Licence and White Card mandatory.
• Strong ability to read electrical drawings and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Ensure works meet project specs, safety requirements, and standards.
• Assist project managers with planning, programming, and scheduling.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and site performance to hit objectives.
• Conduct site inspections and manage WHS compliance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel.
• Participate in hands-on installation work when required.
• Mentor apprentices and support development of team members.
