Job summary

Pacific Energy seeks an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our Perth-based Construction team on a 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster. You will lead site electrical activities, coordinate labour and subcontractors, and ensure safe, efficient delivery of major projects from Perth-based sites.

You must have strong electrical trade knowledge, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to safety and quality. Full Australian working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade background with strong supervision experience.
• Regulatory registrations or willingness to obtain within set timelines.
• Experience supervising large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate labour and procurement.
• Experience delivering projects safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site labour, subcontractors and suppliers to meet safety and project goals.
• Develop look-ahead plans and ensure materials and equipment are available.
• Maintain project documentation, reports and QA records.
• Monitor progress and adjust resources for timely delivery.
• Lead toolbox talks and site safety programs.
