Job summary

SCEE Electrical is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for a large-scale BESS project in Newcastle, NSW. You will coordinate electrical scope, manage crews and uphold safety, quality and project delivery standards.

With at least 5 years in heavy construction, you will hold a NSW electrical licence and demonstrate leadership, communication and problem-solving skills to drive timely completion and compliance across the works.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Electrical Superintendent in heavy construction.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate electrical teams on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of NSW electrical standards and WHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review work scope and crews.
• Ensure electrical works are completed safely, on time and within budget.
• Maintain records of site activities, delays and quality.
• Promote and enforce HSE policies and procedures on site.
• Mentor and supervise project team members and contractors.
