Job summary

Northern Star Resources is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for our Jundee Operations. This permanent role leads the electrical team in a safe, productive maintenance environment and reports to the Maintenance Superintendent.

The position is based at the Jundee site with a FIFO pattern 8 days on, 6 days off, from Perth. You will ensure compliance with OHS&E standards, interpret wiring diagrams and P&IDs, and drive continuous improvement across the maintenance department.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a similar role within a mining/industrial environment.
• Sound operational knowledge of fixed processing plant equipment.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, P&IDs and other engineering drawings.
• Experience with DeltaV and SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in safe, productive maintenance operations and develop safe work practices.
• Manage electrical personnel to maintain plant and ancillaries to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Process Supervisors to optimise resource and asset utilisation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive cost-effective activities.
• Oversee training and development of staff through competency profiling and ongoing mentoring.
