Job summary

Tier 1 Electrical Contarctor is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Site Manager to lead delivery on major projects on the Gold Coast or Brisbane. You will manage on-site electrical works, drive safety, quality and schedule adherence, and coordinate with project teams.

Join a well-established Tier 1 contractor with a strong project pipeline and a focus on delivering complex commercial and industrial works. A current QLD electrical licence and a trade qualification are required.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification and current QLD electrical licence.
• Experience as Electrical Supervisor, Site Manager or Project Manager.
• Strong commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing electrical subcontractors and site teams.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of construction programmes and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of WHS and quality requirements.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• Experience across commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects can be advantageous.

Lead Electrical Delivery on Major Projects. Our client is a well-established and privately owned electrical contracting business with a strong reputation across commercial, industrial, high-rise residential, government, education, healthcare and infrastructure projects.

With a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Site Manager to take ownership of site delivery and lead electrical teams across major projects.

The Role

As the Electrical Supervisor / Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of electrical works on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard.

You will work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, builders and internal teams to coordinate site activities and drive successful project outcomes.

About You

We are looking for an experienced electrical professional who can confidently take ownership of a project site and lead teams through to successful completion.

Ideally, you will have:

• Electrical trade qualification and current QLD electrical licence
• Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Site Manager or Project Manager
• Strong commercial construction experience
• Experience managing electrical subcontractors and site teams
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of construction programmes and site coordination
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of WHS and quality requirements
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

Experience across commercial, high-rise residential, healthcare, education, government, industrial or infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
