Job summary

Join Ampcontrol Group as a Project SAPS Engineer and contribute to the design and delivery of innovative solar and battery storage systems. We seek an experienced Electrical Project Engineer with a strong background in SCADA, control systems, and renewable energy integration.

Your responsibilities will include developing electrical power systems, creating technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with Australian standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAPS, solar PV, battery/BESS, and EV charging infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of Australian electrical standards and compliance processes.
• Excellent technical drawing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participating in design and development of electrical power systems.
• Creating electrical drawings including schematics and termination diagrams.
• Producing project deliverables throughout the project life cycle.
• Working with commissioning teams on FAT, SAT, and ITPs.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware through all project stages.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant Australian standards.
• Collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
