Job summary

Page Group Australia is recruiting a senior electrical engineer to lead end-to-end design and architecture of solar PV solutions, including DC balancing and larger scale deployments such as BESS and data centres.

You will own the development from concept to execution, drive regulatory compliance, and collaborate with a team of smart professionals committed to the net-zero cause on global projects.

Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven expertise in PV system design from the C&I or utility scale markets with Australian experience.
• Strong leadership background across people, clients and product perspectives.
• Strong knowledge of DC Balancing of systems.
• First principles engineering mindset.
• Results-driven with a focus on innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of electrical systems.
• Own the product design and architecture for the company solution, ensuring effectiveness, performance and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the development of the DC balance of System solutions for larger scale solutions, including both the electrical and mechanical elements.
• Own the development from end to end for the company's current solution and next generation of products, including BESS, data centres etc
