Job summary

CGC Recruitment seeks an experienced Electrical BIM Modeller for a Perth-based electrical building services consultancy. You will develop detailed BIM models using Revit and produce documentation for large-scale projects across healthcare, transport, education and commercial sectors.

The role requires 6+ years’ experience, strong Revit skills, and solid knowledge of Australian standards and WA regulations. Competitive salary up to $125k plus Superannuation and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ minimum experience as an Electrical Modeller within a building services consultancy.
• Strong proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Solid understanding of electrical building services design and documentation; knowledge of Australian Standards and WA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed electrical BIM models using Revit.
• Produce coordinated 3D models covering power, lighting, earthing, communications and electrical systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines to achieve BIM coordination.
• Produce accurate electrical documentation and drawing packages.
• Support engineers throughout the design and documentation process.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings, model reviews and clash detection.
• Maintain high standards of model quality, accuracy and project documentation.
