Job summary

Core Talent Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager in Melbourne, VIC to take full ownership of end-to-end delivery across infrastructure, commercial, and industrial projects.

You will oversee planning, procurement, budgets, safety and quality, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to meet programme milestones and client expectations. Competitive salary negotiable plus vehicle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within electrical contracting or similar.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction delivery, including procurement and site management.
• Exposure to infrastructure, commercial, industrial or major project environments.
• Electrical trade background or relevant engineering/technical qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of electrical project delivery from planning through to completion
• Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial performance
• Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors and site resources
• Lead and support site teams, ensuring productivity and programme targets are met
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance across all project stages
• Manage project risks, variations and changing site requirements
• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
• Provide clear project reporting and ensure key milestones are achieved
