Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a Project Engineer - Electrical to support Port and East Pilbara projects with engineering oversight and team leadership. You will build client relationships, define scope of work and deliver high-quality reporting.

The role involves FIFO from Perth with a 5:2/4:3 roster, offering mentoring, internal transfer opportunities and the chance to contribute to estimating, planning and execution across mining projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical engineering projects.
• Strong estimating experience in electrical space is desirable.
• Proven ability to develop project/construction schedules and progress reports.
• Experience with mining sector projects, shutdowns, brownfields upgrades is advantageous.
• Strong written and technical skills including budgets, construction metrics and change management.

Responsibilities

• Review Scope of Works, drawings and specifications.
• Review budgets, perform cost comparisons and procure materials.
• Formulate and review methodologies for projects.
• Develop work packs and assist with estimating, scoping, tendering, planning, scheduling and execution.
• Coordinate project resources, equipment and procurement to meet requirements.
• Provide technical/functional guidance to supervision and project staff.
