Job summary

Eurobodalla Shire Council in Moruya (NSW) is seeking an Electrical Mechanical Coordinator to lead a team maintaining the Council’s electrical and mechanical water and sewerage assets. The role focuses on safe, efficient delivery of maintenance and renewals with strong technical oversight.

You’ll manage maintenance planning, asset management principles and coordinate workloads while ensuring high safety and quality standards in a Council environment.

Qualifications

• Leads and coordinates a team, with a strong commitment to safety.
• Hands-on experience with electrical, SCADA, telemetry and communications systems.
• Plans and coordinates maintenance, renewals, resources and workloads.
• Understands asset management principles and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the team responsible for maintaining Council’s electrical and mechanical water and sewerage assets.
• Oversee maintenance and renewals, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to required standards.
• Provide technical expertise to the team and stakeholders.
• Promote safe work practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.
