Join CAE's Navy Defence team as an Instructor, delivering technical training that helps prepare Defence personnel for critical operations. This is a hands‑on role where you'll use your trade and technical expertise to facilitate engaging learning experiences across classroom, simulator, and blended learning environments. Prior Navy experience is highly regarded, although candidates from broader Defence and trade backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Deliver instructor‑led, blended, and simulator‑based training programs for Defence personnel. Prepare, facilitate, assess, and complete post‑course administration activities. Support trainee development by monitoring progress and providing feedback. Use your technical expertise to maintain and improve training materials and course content. Work closely with Defence customers to ensure high‑quality training outcomes.
Richmond – onsite 5 days a week
As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible to obtain a Defence Security Clearance to work in this role – please be mindful to obtain a clearance, one of the main requirements is you must be an Australian Citizen.
