Job summary

Fullhouse is seeking an experienced electrical estimator to work with clients in Sydney, delivering competitive estimates and tender responses for maintenance, outage and commissioning projects.

The role combines technical estimation with client engagement and offers growth within a expanding maintenance services division. A hybrid setup includes one day of remote work and exposure to both commercial and technical responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical background with commercial awareness.
• Experience in electrical estimating, maintenance, commissioning or project delivery preferred.
• High-voltage experience is valued but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop estimates, quotations and tenders for electrical maintenance, outages and commissioning works.
• Engage with existing and prospective clients to identify maintenance opportunities.
• Review technical requirements, develop scopes and establish pricing.
• Collaborate with operational teams, suppliers and subcontractors to develop delivery solutions.
• Identify commercial risks, resource needs and project constraints.
• Assist with transitioning won work into delivery.

The opportunity

You’ll work directly with clients to understand their electrical maintenance requirements, develop practical solutions and prepare commercially competitive proposals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop estimates, quotations and tenders for electrical maintenance, outage and commissioning works.
• Engage with existing and prospective clients to identify maintenance opportunities.
• Review technical requirements, develop scopes and establish pricing.
• Collaborate with operational teams, suppliers and subcontractors to develop practical delivery solutions.
• Identify commercial risks, resource requirements and project constraints.
• Support the transition of awarded work into delivery.

This is a commercially focused position combining technical estimating, client engagement and business development.

We’re open to candidates from electrical estimating, service management, maintenance or project delivery backgrounds. High-voltage experience is highly regarded but not essential.
