Job summary

Michael Page partners with a well-established civil and electrical infrastructure contractor to identify and win major tenders across utilities, energy, transport and renewables in Australia. You will lead end-to-end tender submissions, shape strategies and pricing for HV and renewables, and drive the bidding program end to end.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' estimating experience within electrical, utilities, infrastructure or renewable energy sectors.
• Proven track record delivering complex construction tenders valued above $1M.
• Strong first-principles estimating and cost-planning capability.
• Sound understanding of subcontractor procurement and market pricing.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience assessing project risk and contracts.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capability.
• Experience in HV substations, transmission, ASP, BESS or renewable infrastructure highly regarded.

A successful Estimator should have:
