Job summary

Full House Australia is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Estimator to join its expanding maintenance, outage and commissioning services team in Sydney. You will develop estimates, quotations and tenders while engaging with clients to understand electrical maintenance requirements.

This role combines technical estimating with client engagement and business development, with high-voltage experience valued but not essential.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical background with commercial awareness.
• Experience in electrical estimating, maintenance, commissioning, service management or project delivery will be considered.

Electrical Maintenance Estimator

Full House is partnering with an established electrical infrastructure business seeking an experienced electrical professional to support the growth of its maintenance, outage and commissioning services.

The opportunity

You’ll work directly with clients to understand their electrical maintenance requirements, develop practical solutions and prepare commercially competitive proposals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop estimates, quotations and tenders for electrical maintenance, outage and commissioning works.
• Engage with existing and prospective clients to identify maintenance opportunities.
• Review technical requirements, develop scopes and establish pricing.
• Collaborate with operational teams, suppliers and subcontractors to develop practical delivery solutions.
• Identify commercial risks, resource requirements and project constraints.
• Support the transition of awarded work into delivery.

This is a commercially focused position combining technical estimating, client engagement and business development.

We’re open to candidates from electrical estimating, service management, maintenance or project delivery backgrounds. High-voltage experience is highly regarded but not essential.
