Job summary

AECOM’s Electrical, Instruments & Controls team in Brisbane is seeking Professionals and Senior Engineers to support our mining and heavy industry projects. You will work on electrical systems including HV, LV, instrumentation, controls and communications, driving technical excellence and client liaison in a global consultancy.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• CPEng and/or RPEQ (or working towards obtaining).

Responsibilities

• Design and specify HV/LV distribution, controls and communications and safety systems for industrial/mining projects.
• Produce engineering drawings, specifications, datasheets and material requisitions.
• Engage with clients and manage project aspects under experienced mentorship.
• Apply knowledge of industry standards to ensure compliant designs.
