Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering with 15+ years in structural engineering for mining/industrial sectors.
• CPEng accreditation and Engineers Australia membership required; RPEQ registration preferred.
• Experience leading mining/industrial projects and multi-disciplinary interfaces.
• Strong commercial awareness and history delivering on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in SpaceGass and Strand7; IDEA StatiCa a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical leadership to the structural design team and project stakeholders.
• Lead delivery of structural design from concept to construction, reviewing calculations and specs.
• Mentor engineers and designers to foster technical growth.
• Oversee drawings and specifications ensuring standards compliance.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural solutions across disciplines.
