C-Level Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an Electrical Engineer with building services expertise to join a small, skilled team handling a steady pipeline of national projects.

You will manage design work from concept to construction, liaise with clients and architects, and deliver high-quality electrical solutions across logistics, commercial and industrial sectors. NSW regulations and standards knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience post Degree in electrical engineering.
• Relevant experience working on building services projects as an Electrical Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical services design from concept, detail design, contract documentation and construction documentation.
• Carry out calculations & complete reports as required for specific pre-construction requirements.
• Perform electrical engineering design calculations such as PowerCAD, AGI32 and Dialux.
• Identify safety risks through contemporary Safety in Design methods, ensuring legislative compliance.
• Provide specifications & detailed scope of work documents.
• Manage projects including coordination with other services.
• Attend regular site inspections & provide reports/defect lists.

We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer with building services experience to join our Sydney team. The successful candidates will be working with a small team to deliver a steady pipeline of exciting tasks & nationally based projects.

We continue to complete an exciting and diverse range of design projects Australia wide.

The Role

The role is ideal for a proven Electrical Engineer.

Within the team of skilled professionals, you will have the opportunity to take charge of projects & tasks, engage with clients and engage with the directors. With exposure to a range of projects from small to medium projects, and some of Australia's largest projects across the Logistics, Commercial & Industrial sectors.
You will be expected to liaise with clients, architects, and other members of our internal team with confidence and clarity.

You will be committed to the development of high-quality design solutions for our clients by having a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles, standards, and practical design experience.

Your responsibilities & tasks as an Electrical Engineer will include but not limited to:

• Perform electrical services design from concept, detail design, contract documentation and construction documentation.

About You

As an experienced Electrical Engineer in the team, you will participate in all aspects of the project from start to finish. The requirements outlined as:

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Degree.

Minimum 5 years’ experience post Degree in electrical engineering and experience.

Relevant experience working on building services projects as an Electrical Engineer .

Experience in preparing technical reports & design documentation.

Proven project, organisation, and time management skills.

Great client liaison and management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with preparing schematics & line diagrams. A good understanding of switchboards.

Excellent experience with Australian Standards, BCA & NSW regulations.

Proficiency with general admin softwares; MS Office,

Experience with specialist softwares; PowerCAD & AGI32 would be advantageous.

Experience with Dry Fire systems would be advantageous.

Knowledge of general drafting tools such as AutoCAD, REVIT & PDF editing software's. Experience with 3D project viewers like Forma Collab, Revitzo, BIM360 etc would be advantageous.

Experience working in electrical services design including lighting, general and specialist power, power distribution and reticulation.
