Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an Electrical Construction Superintendent Lead to drive major electrical construction projects across Pilbara operations on a 2:1 FIFO roster. You will lead contractors, site teams and stakeholders to deliver safely and to high standards.

You\'ll oversee HV infrastructure, substations, switchyards, distribution networks and commissioning from construction through handover, with a focus on safety, quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in mining/energy or heavy industry.
• Experience managing contractors and site teams with a strong safety focus.
• HV infrastructure experience including substations, switchyards and distribution networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate contractors and site-based construction teams across multiple electrical infrastructure projects.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule and project delivery while complying with standards and procedures.
• Partner with project managers, commissioning teams, operations personnel and contractors for successful handovers.
• Oversee technical queries, NCRs, inspection and test plans, and commissioning readiness.
• Provide visible leadership, coaching and fostering a strong safety and performance culture across site teams.
