Job summary

Primero Group in Australia is looking for an experienced E&I Superintendent to oversee a Major Construction Project on a 2:1 roster for 12-18 months. You will be responsible for planning and directing activities to meet safety, quality, and production targets.

Ideal candidates have significant experience in major construction, strong analytical skills, possess a WA Electrical Licence and CPR/LVR Certificate. The role offers competitive compensation and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Hold a Current WA Electrical Licence.
• Hold a Current CPR/LVR Certificate.
• Significant experience within Major Construction Projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control all activities to meet targets.
• Ensure timely data requirements for project and financial control.
• Set up the Supervision Team for safe execution of activities.
• Develop client relationships for repeat business opportunities.
• Liaise with clients and sub-contractors on technical issues.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Leadership skills

Strong HSE understanding

Experience in Major Construction Projects

Current WA Electrical Licence

Current CPR/LVR Certificate
