Job summary

Airswift is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for a 12‑month project across Pilbara operations in Western Australia. You will lead electrical construction activities, ensure safe delivery, coordinate with multiple contractors and support commissioning handovers on a complex mining site.

The role requires extensive electrical experience, high voltage competency, and strong stakeholder management to maintain project governance and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum tertiary qualification and proven construction supervision experience.
• Over 5 years supervisory mining experience and 10+ years electrical experience.
• Experience with high‑voltage distribution, fibre networks, and commissioning handover.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple electrical contractors and work fronts across site.
• Review ITPs, quality documentation, and contractor inspection records.
• Coordinate with site leadership, contractors, commissioning teams and stakeholders.
• Support commissioning, handovers, and SIMOPS planning and execution.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and manage isolation requirements.
