Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Electrical Engineering business unit across NSW and QLD.
• Develop and execute a business growth strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Win new work through industry relationships and business development.
• Manage key client accounts and expand relationships across infrastructure markets.
• Oversee delivery of complex electrical and utility projects.
• Mentor and lead a team of engineers, designers and technical specialists.
• Provide technical leadership, governance and design assurance across projects.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on business planning and market strategy.
