Job summary

The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) is seeking multiple Service Support Officers to help maintain the integrity of the electoral roll and support service delivery in South Australia. You will assist with supervision of APS 1 employees and provide frontline public services as needed, reporting to an APS 6 Team Leader.

This part-time role may require full-time work during peak periods and involves contributing to enrolment administration and projects across the electoral cycle.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervision of APS 1 employees and support delivery of electoral services.
• Provide customer-focused public services as required and coordinate with project officers.
• Support supervision of the TEW and contribute to delivery plans at the OPC under a DRO.
• Contribute to enrolment administration and support electoral cycle projects as priorities shift.
