Caulfield Grammar School invites applications for dedicated Early Learning Centre Teachers at our Malvern Campus. This full-time permanent ongoing role with a 12-month fixed-term position reports to the Head of the Early Learning Centres and collaborates with teachers and co-educators to deliver child-centred programs.

We value evidence-based practice, integration of Learning Technologies and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Significant experience teaching young children.
• Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Hold a current VIT registration.
• First Aid Certificate Level 2, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training or willingness to obtain.
• Hold or be willing to obtain WWCC prior to commencement.
• Ability to integrate Learning Technologies into the curriculum.
• Mandarin language skills are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Support the design and implementation of teaching activities based on development of students.
• Contribute to a stimulating educational program reflecting current research and best practice in early childhood.
• Integrate ICT into learning and teaching to make content meaningful.
• Collaborate with the Early Learning Centre team in management of student behaviour and centre organisation.
• Develop developmental records for each student, written and verbal.
• Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours.
