Caulfield Grammar School in Malvern seeks a dedicated Co-Educator to join the Early Learning Centre for January 2027 start. This full-time, 12-month fixed-term role runs during term time, reporting to the Head of Early Learning Centres. You will collaborate with teachers and co-educators to deliver a child-centred program.

Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous; a Diploma of Early Childhood and Care, and experience with 3–5 year olds are essential. WWCC and safety training are required.

• Experience with three, four and five year olds is essential.
• Current First Aid Certificate Level 2, Anaphylaxis Certificate, and Asthma training.
• National Child Safety Training – Modules 1,2,3,4.
• Hold, or be willing to obtain prior to commencement, a valid Employment Working with Children Check (WWCC).

• Actively contribute ideas resulting in implementation of a stimulating educational program for students that reflect current research and best practice models in early childhood
• Support the ELC teacher in all aspects of the management of student behaviour, and organisation of the centre
• Contribute to the developmental records for each individual student, both written and verbal, under the guidance of the teacher
• Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviour

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Co-Educator to join our team at the Malvern Campus commencing January 2027 on a full time, 12-month fixed term basis, required during term time only.

As a valued member of our team, you will report to the Head of Early Learning Centres and actively collaborate with our teachers and co-educators. Together, you will focus on creating and implementing a child-centric learning program in an environment that promotes students' growth, development, and overall well-being, tailored to their unique requirements.

The successful candidate will provide crucial support. Proficiency in Mandarin will be highly advantageous.
