Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment is partnering with a leading Federal Government organisation to source an EL1 Technical Lead for Workforce Modelling & Analytics capability in Sydney. The role focuses on designing and delivering scalable analytical solutions to support large-scale organisational transformation.

Hybrid working arrangements are available, with locations in Surry Hills or Newcastle NSW. ASAP start, 37.5 hours per week, EL1 leadership experience and Australian citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce modelling, forecasting or transformation within large organisations.
• Advanced analytical capability and forecasting experience.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into modelling frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and maintenance of workforce forecasting, modelling and analytics solutions.
• Develop future-state workforce models and implementation scenarios for strategic decisions.
• Translate workforce and operational challenges into robust analytical products.
• Apply modelling, forecasting and systems-thinking to workforce transformation initiatives.
• Establish analytical standards, governance, QA and technical documentation.
