The roles will be responsible for building and sustaining high-performing teams that deliver outcomes supporting Defence’s oversight of the implementation of recommendations arising from the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide (RCDVS).
The roles will be responsible for functions including Stakeholder Engagement, Ministerial Support, Program Oversight, Program Governance and Program Risk. Defence is seeking enthusiastic people with excellent, policy, governance and stakeholder engagement skills to work in the Program Management Office, overseeing one of the largest reforms across Defence.

We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals who are outcomes focussed and who drive continuous improvement, with a strong focus on collaboration.
The successful candidates will have experience in leading teams, strong relationship management and coordination skills, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences including across both APS and ADF personnel.
Formal Program Management Qualifications and/or a demonstrated ability to support development, interpretation and application of robust, clear, and effective governance are highly desirable but not a pre-requisite.
