Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to support Australian operations. You will partner with operations, engineering and leadership to sustain a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage risk across high-risk activities.

You will lead EHS strategy, training, incident investigations and audit readiness, driving practical solutions on cutting-edge defense manufacturing environments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Progressive EHS experience in engineering, manufacturing, maritime, defence, aerospace, or other complex environments.
• Experience conducting hazard analyses integrated with engineering decisions.
• ICAM Lead Investigator certification.
• Ability to influence multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Translate technical risk into actionable business and engineering recommendations.
• Natural tendency towards challenging the status quo; leans into hard problems.

Aufgaben

• Lead site EHS strategy, programs, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Interface with site leadership and operations on EHS topics.
• Develop a proactive safety culture with hazard control.
• Conduct inspections, risk reviews, and leadership safety engagements.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain EHS management system, documents, and records.
• Prepare for audits and manage corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and drills.
