Anduril Australia is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead safety across our operations. You will partner with operations, engineering and maintenance to build a proactive safety culture, manage risk, and ensure regulatory compliance while enabling efficient production.

The role covers high-risk activities including heavy manufacturing, offshore testing, electrical work and battery systems; you will conduct incidents investigations, implement controls, lead audits, and mentor site

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a safety-related field.
• Progressive EHS experience in engineering, manufacturing, maritime, defence, or complex environments.
• Experience conducting hazard analyses integrated with engineering decisions.
• ICAM Lead Investigator certification.

Aufgaben

• Lead the site’s EHS strategy and culture across operations.
• Provide oversight for high-risk activities (lifting, electrical work, batteries, offshore testing).
• Manage risk assessments, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage environmental and occupational health programs and contractor safety.
• Provide EHS input into new technology and process introductions.
