Job summary

• Experience leading EHS programs in engineering, manufacturing or complex industrial environments.
• Strong risk assessment, hazard analysis and regulatory compliance skills.
• Ability to influence multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site’s EHS strategy, programs and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Act as primary EHS interface to site leadership and operations.
• Develop a proactive safety culture with hazard identification and control.
• Conduct inspections, risk reviews and safety engagements; deliver training.
