Job summary

ADM is seeking an EHS Manager to lead a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible operation at a beverage manufacturing plant. You will drive EHS KPI programs, oversee wastewater treatment and waste management, and align with customer CSR standards including IKEA IWAY and SMETA.

A strong focus on ISO 45001/14001 is required. The role requires over five years of EHS experience in manufacturing, English fluency, and the ability to manage a team across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in EOHS, Food Science, Engineering, Industrial Safety, or related fields.
• Over five years of experience in EHS roles within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 and regulatory frameworks.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant operating environment across the plant.
• Develop, track, and report EHS KPIs and ensure targets are met (e.g., TRIR, LTIFR).
• Lead development of EHS management system in line with ISO standards and company directives.
• Organise and deliver comprehensive EHS training for all personnel, contractors included.
• Supervise EHS audits and inspections, including JCC, SWP verification, and permit-to-work compliance.
• Conduct RCA for EHS incidents and near-misses and implement corrective actions.
• Direct third-party wastewater treatment operations and ensure discharge standards compliance.
• Manage third-party waste handling and records in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure customer CSR compliance (IKEA IWAY, SMETA) and prepare for audits.
