Job summary

Complete Staff Solutions is seeking a reliable Warehouse Allocator / Administration Officer in Newcastle. The role focuses on organizing and supporting daily warehouse, transport and inventory operations, ensuring accurate documentation, clear communication and smooth workflows.

You will schedule deliveries, manage invoices and provide operational support across warehousing, inventory control and customer coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in transport allocating, warehouse administration, logistics or inventory control.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Understanding of warehousing and transport processes.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage shared inboxes and warehouse diaries.
• Prepare consignment notes and delivery documentation.
• Assist with scheduling customer deliveries via phone and email.
• Maintain inventory records (goods inwards and outwards).
• Reconcile deliveries and investigate discrepancies.
• Upload warehouse and safety documentation daily.
• Prepare supplier invoices for accounts payable.
• Respond to internal and external operational queries.
• Liaise with suppliers, transport providers and customers.
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory reconciliation.
• Provide basic reporting using Excel.
• Support WHS requirements and safe work practices.
