Job summary

Aidacare Pty Ltd in Cardiff, Newcastle, NSW, is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to manage stock, assist with orders, and support the dispatch team. The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will work Monday to Friday, full time, reporting to the Warehouse Manager, with comprehensive training and opportunities for career development within a leading health equipment provider.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or admin role preferred but not essential.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Comfortable navigating necessary computer systems essential for warehouse upkeep.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stock control and purchase orders
• Prepare and manifest run sheets, invoices and outgoing paperwork, as well as registration and processing of all picking tickets so all orders are taken care of
• Follow through on orders, arrange new deliveries as required
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments to deliver seamless customer service
